For many organizations our temporary-to-hire solution is a viable alternative to immediately hiring a potential candidate.

This is the perfect service for clients who wish to evaluate a candidate’s performance before committing to hiring. Often used as the ultimate “try before you buy”, temporary-to-hire helps prevent costly hiring mistakes for both client and candidate.

This solution is sometimes called a “working interview” because it provides our clients the opportunity to experience first-hand the value a Nelson candidate can bring to their company, while allowing the candidate to evaluate our client’s suitability to personal career needs.

The candidate remains a Nelson Staffing temporary employee until our client organization opts to hire them, at which point a pre-negotiated conversion fee is paid.
